The Adventure Summit Indoor Triathlon

The Adventure Summit Indoor Triathlon cohosted by Up and Running includes a 15 minute run/walk, 15 minute bike ride, and 15 minute swim. Participant scores will be based on distance "traveled" over the combined 45 exercise minutes. Transitions will not be timed.

Winners will be announced on the expo stage at 11 a.m. Competitors must be present to receive prize. 

All proceeds will go to support Five Rivers Metroparks Foundations and Wright State University student scholarship campaign.
